No. Any unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. 

Yes. Additional support may be available by agreement and will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. 

Vantage & Co. primarily operates during evenings and weekends. While emails may be responded to during business hours where possible, administrative work is generally completed outside of standard business hours. 

At this stage, we focus on ongoing monthly support packages rather than one-off administrative tasks. This allows us to build a strong understanding of your business, provide consistent support, and deliver a higher standard of service over time.  

No. All of our support packages operate on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts, giving you the flexability to adjust or cancel your package as your business needs change.
