Vantage & Co. provides administrative support services on a monthly retainer basis. Services are tailored to each client and agreed upon prior to commencement.
Communication is primarily conducted via email.
Responses may occur outside of standard business hours.
All services are billed on a monthly retainer basis and are payable in advance.
Invoices are issued prior to the start of each billing period and are due within 7 days.
Work will commence once payment has been received.
Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought up to date.
Clients may cancel their service with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations made within this period will apply to the following billing cycle.
Due to the nature of services provided, no refunds are issued for services already delivered or for unused time within a billing period.
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Vantage & Co. will take all reasonable care in delivering services but is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of services provided.
